REGULATION UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914-1916.
I,
SIR JOHN MADDEN, acting as the Deputy of the Governor-General in accordance
with the provisions of the Constitution, acting with the advice of the Federal
Executive Council, hereby make the following regulation under the

Amendmentof War Precautions(Supplementary) Regulations.

After regulation 36 of the War Precautions(Supplementary) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—
“37. The following persons shall be exempt from serving as jurors, whether summoned so to serve under the law of the Commonwealth or of a State:—
Members of the Central Wool Committee;
Members of the Wool Committees of the various States; and
Appraisers appointed under the War Precautions(Wool) Regulations and the War Precautions(Sheepskins) Regulations.”
