War Precautions Regulations (No. 2) 1915—Amendment.

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of
urgency, the following Regulation under the

THE WAR PRECAUTIONS REGULATIONS (No. 2), 1915.
These Regulations may be cited as the War Precautions Regulations (No. 2) 1915.
16a. No alien resident in the Commonwealth whose Sovereign or State is at war with His Majesty, and no authorized person resident in the Commonwealth who at any time before naturalization was a subject of any such Sovereign or State, shall, without the permission of the competent naval or military authority, be in or on—
(
a ) any sea-going vessel; or(
b ) any dock; or(
c ) any wharf (except for the purpose of going on board a ferry steamer).
