War Precautions Regulations 1915.—Regulation 20—Amendment.

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

War Precautions Regulations 1915.
Regulation 20 is amended—
(
a ) By inserting the words “or harbour” after the words “harbour work” in clause(b ) of sub-regulation (1);(
b ) By inserting after sub-regulation (1) the following new sub-regulation:—“(1a). No person shall without the permission of a competent naval or military authority send by post or otherwise to any person outside Australia any such representation or any information relating to any of the places or things specified in sub-regulation (1)”.
