War Precautions Regulations 1915—Regulations 42 and 42a—Amendments.

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

War Precautions Regulations 1915.
Regulation 42 is amended by inserting the following sub-regulations after sub-regulation (1):—
“(1a) This regulation shall not be deemed to prohibit the wearing by any woman or girl of—
any brooch, ornament or miniature or other representation of any military badge.
(1b) This regulation shall not be deemed to prohibit the supplying without the written authority of a competent naval or military authority of any representation in metal or enamel of any regimental colour badge on which no unit number or unit designation is shown.”
Regulation 42a is amended by inserting after the word “badge” (first occurring) the words “(other than a representation in metal or enamel of any regimental colour badge which does not show a unit number or unit designation)”.
