1918. No. 195.

REGULATION UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914-1916.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation, under the War Precautions Act 1914-1916, to come into operation forthwith.

War Precautions Regulations 1915.

Regulation 46—Amendments.

Regulation 46 (Statutory Rule No. 282 of 1916, as amended by Statutory Rule No. 34 of 1918) is further amended as follows:—

(1) In clause (c) of sub-paragraph (1) the words “or intended to be issued” are inserted after the word “issued” wherever occurring.

(2) The following new clause is inserted after clause (c):—

(ca) uses or has in his possession without lawful authority or excuse any form which has at any time been prepared by or under the direction of the Government of the United Kingdom or the Government of any of His Majesty’s Dominions or any foreign Government for the purpose of being when completed issued as such pass, permit, certificate, licence, or other document, or passport, or has in his possession without lawful authority or excuse any paper or other document so nearly resembling any such form as to be calculated to deceive.
