STATUTORY RULES
REGULATION UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914-1916.
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

War Precautions Regulations 1915—Addition.
The following new regulation is inserted after regulation 38a:—
“38b.
(1) While a British ship, whether registered in the Commonwealth or not, is in
waters included within the territorial limits of the Commonwealth, no person
shall do or omit to do on board that ship, with respect to the navigation
thereof or with respect to any matter affecting the security of the vessel, any
act which, if done or omitted to be done on board that ship on the high seas,
would constitute an offence against any regulation made under the
