STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914–1916.
I, SIR ARTHUR STANLEY, Governor of the State or Victoria and its
Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting as the Deputy of the Governor-General,
in accordance with the provisions of theConstitution,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the

Amendment of War Precautions (Prices) Regulations 1916.
(Statutory Rules 1916, No. 155.)
(
a ) by inserting in Sub-regulation (1) thereof—(i) after the word “Board” (first occurring) the words “and each Commissioner”;
(ii) after the word “Board” (second occurring) the words “or the Commissioner”; and
(iii) after the word “Board” (last occurring) the words “or the Commissioner as the case may be”;
(
b ) by inserting after the word “Board” in Sub-regulation (2.) thereof the words “or a Commissioner”; and(
c ) by omitting, from Sub-regulation (1) thereof, the words “of the Board”.
