War Precautions (Passports) Regulations 1916—Regulation 5— Addition.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over
the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

War Precautions (Passports) Regulations 1916.
Insert the following new clause in sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 5:—
“(ia) any British subject a member of the crew of an oversea vessel arriving in the Commonwealth who leaves the Commonwealth in continuation of the same voyage in the same vessel.”
