1916. No. 42.

PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE WAR PRECAUTIONS ACT 1914-1915.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the WarPrecautions Act 1914-1915 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Amendment of War Precautions (Enemy Shareholders) Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1916, No. 38.)

Regulation 10 of the War Precautions (Enemy Shareholders) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “were or are held”, and inserting in their stead the words “were, on the twenty-ninth day of January, 1916, held”.
