An Act to provide for the construction of a Line of
Itailway from Wallaroo to Moonta.
HEREAS it is expedient to provide for the construction of' a
Preamble.

with books of reference thereto, have beer1 duly prepared and deposited in the officcs of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, and signed Alex. B.
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House
of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament
assembled, as follows:
1, '' The Lands Clauses Consolidation Act," and an Act, No. 26Incorporation.

railway from Wallaroo to Moonta, together with all proper works and conveniences connected therewith, as the same is delineated in the said plans so deposited at the offices of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, as aforesaid, or as may be delineated in any plans which may hereafter be so deposited, pursuant to any law for the time
being in force respecting such deposit of | the said plans. |
and the rails to be used in the construction thereof shall be of steel,
and of the weight of not less than fifty pounds to the yard.
4, The said Commissioners may demand for the use of the said |
railway and the carriage of goods and passengers thereon, and for the loading and unloading of goods, such tolls ancl charges as may from time to time be fixed in manner prescribed by any Act or Acts under which | |
they may deem i t expedient, to discontinue the working of the tramways now vested in them situate between Wallaroo and Moonta and between Kadina and Wallaroo, or any part or parts thereof, and to take up and remove the same, and may use the materials so taken up and removed in such manner as they may deem expedient, | |
or they may sell and dispose of the materials of thc said tramways | |
to the 'l'reasurer for the public purposes of the said province. |
