1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wakool Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Murray Downs:

(a)	part of Lot 7301, DP 1166196,
(b)	part of Lot 73, DP 1117956, Swan Hill Road,
(c)	part of Lot 2, DP 1123494, being part of 38–40 Swan Hill Road,
(d)	part of DP 608956, being part of an unnamed road directly off Swan Hill Road,
(e)	part of Swan Hill Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wakool Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
