AN ACT to validate a certain building contract in con-

nection with structural additions to Wagin Hospital.

the same, as follows:—

tor, and the Joint Committee of Wagin Municipal Council and Wagin Road Board as the employer, for the construction by the contractor of structural additions to Wagin Hospital in accordance with the plans, specifications, and general con- ditions annexed to the said contract for the sum of five thous- and four hundred and fifty pounds, and all things already done and hereafter necessary to be done by the said council and the said road board, and all payments already made and hereafter necessary to be made by the said council and the said road board in performance of the obligations of the said Joint Committee thereof under the said contract, are hereby validated, and the said contract shall be deemed to have been lawfully made, and the said Wagin Municipal Council and the said Wagin Road Board shall in all respects be legally bound by the said contract.
