1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 40).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Lake Albert—

(a)	1, 3, 5 and 7 Birch Road, Lots 20, 19, 18 and 17, DP 242904,
(b)	2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Brunskill Road, Lots 17 and 18, DP 242227 and Lots 1–3, DP 241596,
(c)	222, 232, 240, 244, 252, 262, 274 Mitchell Road, Lots 1–7, DP 239050,
(d)	1A, 1 and 3 Silverwood Road, Lot 8, DP 239050 and Lots 16 and 15, DP 242227.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
