1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 36).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Springvale and Tatton, Wagga Wagga—

(a)	1, 3, 4 and 6 Belmore Place, being Lots 330, 329, 332 and part of Lot 334, DP 1222593,
(b)	101, 103 and 117 Brindabella Drive, being Lots 333, 331 and 328, DP 1222593,
(c)	8–9, 13, 15–21, 23 and 25 Belmore Place, being Lots 1–12, DP 1255246.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
