1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Tatton—

(a)	Part of Lots 10 and 11, DP 1113058, 26 and 28 Barrington Street,
(b)	Part of Lot 326, DP 1178026, 106 Brindabella Drive,
(c)	Part of Lot 335, DP 1247818, 108 Brindabella Drive,
(d)	Part of Lot 336, DP 1247818, 52 Plumpton Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
