This Plan is Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(b)	Lots 1–6, DP 1066491, Butterbush Road, Gregadoo,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 789530, 54 Butterbush Road, Gregadoo,
(d)	Lot 4, DP 1017682, 1526 Gregadoo East Road, Gregadoo,
(e)	Lots 2 and 3, DP 1017682, 529 and 551 Mitchell Road, Gregadoo,
(f)	Lot 2, DP 1046774, Butterbush Road, Lake Albert,

The maps adopted by Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
