The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land to which Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan

2010 applies and, in particular, to land in Zone B4 Mixed Use.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010

(1) Land Use Table

Insert “Tourist and visitor accommodation;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of

Zone B4 Mixed Use.

(2)	Land Use Table, Zone B4, item 4
Omit “Tourist and visitor accommodation;”.
(3)	Schedule 5 Environmental heritage
Insert in appropriate order in Part 1:
Narrandera Berembed Weir 5749 Old Lot 1, DP State I309

Narrandera Road 750854

(4)	Schedule 5, Part 1
Omit “The Hampden Bridge (Timber Truss Bridge)” from the matter relating to item no I85.
Insert instead “Hampden Bridge (remains) including metal pylons, bridge abutment and plaques”.
