I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 18).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 applies and, in particular, the following land at Cartwrights Hill:

(a)	Lots 1–4, DP 700660, East Street,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 572883, Lot 2, DP 612237 and Lot 10, DP 255059, being land fronting Old Bomen Road, Bomen Road and the Olympic Highway.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Wagga Wagga Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Clause 1.3 Land to which Plan applies

Omit clause 1.3 (1A).
