Wagering Amendment Rule (No. 3) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Wagering Amendment Rule (No. 3) 2008 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Wagering Rule 1999. 3 Amendment of s 15B (Refund of investment—fixed odds—jockeys’ challenge) (1) Section 15B(3)(a)— omit . (2) Section 15B(3)(b), after ‘challenge is’— insert — ‘postponed or’. (3) Section 15B(3)(d)— omit . (4) Section 15B(3)(b) and (c)— renumber as section 15B(3)(a) and (b). ENDNOTES 1.
