s1 2 s3 Wagering Amendment Rule (No. 2) 2004 No. 183, 2004 1 Short title This rule may be cited as the Wagering Amendment Rule (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Rule amended This rule amends the Wagering Rule 1999. 3 Amendment of s 158A (Any 2 totalisator pool) (1) Section 158A(2) omit, insert— ‘(2) An authority operator may operate an any 2 totalisator on a race only if— (a) there are at least 8 runners in the race at the time the authority operator starts operating the any 2 totalisator; and (b) after late scratchings, at least 7 runners start in the race.’.
