Wagering Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Wagering Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Wagering Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) Section 3, definitions any 2 , double , double trio , first four , forecast , place , quadrella , quinella , six pic , sports wagering event , sweepstake , treble , trifecta and win — omit . 4 Amendment of s 5 (Calculating commission—Act, s 163) Section 5(1)(b)— omit, insert — (b) otherwise—25% of the total amount invested in the totalisator. 5 Omission of sch 1A (Commissions for totalisators) Schedule 1A— omit .
