GLEESON CJ:   In matter No P51 of 2002, the parties have agreed to the making of orders by consent in the following terms: 

1.   The application is dismissed.

2.   The respondent to pay the applicant’s costs of the application. 

The Court makes orders accordingly and I publish those orders. 

In matter No P51 of 2003, the parties have agreed to the making of orders by consent in the following terms: 

1.   Order absolute for a writ of certiorari directed to the first respondent quashing the decision of the first respondent in matter N01/37723 dated 22 August 2001.

2.   Order absolute for a writ of prohibition directed to the second respondent prohibiting the second respondent from acting upon or giving effect to or proceeding further upon the decision of the delegate of the second respondent dated 21 March 2001.

3.   Order absolute for a writ of mandamus directed to the first respondent requiring it to review the decision of the second respondent’s delegate dated 21 March 2001.

4.   The second respondent to pay the costs of the application. 

The Court makes those orders accordingly.  I publish those orders.
