Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Certificates of Competency and

Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations 1998.

Schedule 3 amended

2. Schedule 3 to the WA. Marine (Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning) Regulations 1983* is amended in the column headed "Fee" in the item relating to regulation 14, by deleting "$22.00" and substituting the following —

" $30.00 ".
