W.A. MARINE (SURVEYS AND CERTMCATES OF SURVEY)
AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1991
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Surveys and
Certificates of Survey) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1991.
Regulation 10A amended
2. Regulation 10A (2) (b) of the WA. Marine (Surveys and Certificates of
Survey) Regulations 1983* is deleted and the following paragraph is substituted — (b) for registration or renewal of registration —
(i) for a vessel up to 5 metres long 26.00
(ii)
for a vessel over 5 metres long ),
and up to 8 metres long 51.00.
