W.A. Marine (Surveys and Certificates of

Survey) Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the WA. Marine (Surveys and Certificates of Survey) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the WA. Marine (Surveys and
Certificates of Survey) Regulations 1983.

4.            Schedule 1 clause 2 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 2(1) in the Table:

(a)	in item 6(a) delete "$209.30/hour" and insert: $220.00/hour
(b)	in item 6(b) delete "$152.80" and insert: $160.00
