WA. MARINE (SURVEYS AND CERTIFICATES OF SURVEY) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Surveys and Certificates of Survey)

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule 1 to the WA. Marine (Surveys and Certificates of Survey) Regulations 1983*

is amended by inserting after item 2 the following item —

3. Fees for Hire and Drive Vessels

The survey fees for vessels licensed under the WA. Marine (Hire and Drive Vessels) Regulations 1983 are as follows —

(a)	power boats not exceeding 5 metres in
length:  $59

(b) sailing boats other than sailboards: $59

(c)	boats propelled exclusively by oars or
paddles, and sailboards:  $36

(d)	all other boats exceeding 5 metres in	fees in
length (including houseboats):	accordance with the scale set out in item 1
