W.A. MARINE (SURVEYS AND CERTIFICATES OF SURVEY) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Surveys and Certificates
of Survey) Amendment Regulations 1990.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Principal regulations

3. In these regulations the WA. Marine (Surveys and Certificates of Survey)

Regulations 1983* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 10A amended

4. Regulation 10A of the principal regulations is amended by repealing

corresponding fee set out in column 3 of the Table.

subregulation (2) and substituting the following subregulation—

(2) The following fees are payable in relation to a vessel exempted by

virtue of subregulation (1)—

(a)	for the recording of initial registration of a vessel or
transfer thereof 9.00
(b)	for the registration of the vessel or the renewal thereof—

(i) in respect of a vessel having a length not exceeding

5 metres 24.00

(ii) in respect of a vessel having a length of 5 metres

but not exceeding 10 metres 48.00

(iii) in respect of a vessel having a length of 10 metres

but not exceeding 20 metres 91.00

(iv) in respect of a vessel having a length of 20 metres

or over 125.00.

Schedule 1 amended

5. Schedule 1 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting in the provisions referred to in column 1 of the Table to this regulation the fees respectively set out in column 2 of the Table and substituting in each case the
