W.A. Marine (Radiotelephony) Amendment

Regulations 2009

Regulations 1981.

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the W.A. Marine (Radiotelephony)
Amendment Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2009.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the W.A. Marine (Radiotelephony)

4.            Regulation 16 amended

(1)	In regulation 16(2a) delete "$459.10" and insert:
$478.30
(2)	In regulation 16(2b) delete "$226.40." and insert:
$235.90.
