W.A. Marine (Radiotelephony) Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the W.A. Marine (Radiotelephony)
Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the WA. Marine
(Radiotelephony) Regulations 1981* .

4.             Regulation 16 amended

(1) Regulation 16(2a) is amended by deleting "$294.20" and

inserting instead —

(2) Regulation 16(2b) is amended by deleting "$147.10." and

inserting instead —

" $183.50. ".
