W.A. MARINE (LOAD LINES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Load Lines) Amendment

Regulations 1990.

Commencement

2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Regulation 6 amended

3.Regulation 6 of the WA. Marine (Load Lines) Regulations 1983* is amended

in subregulation (1) by deleting "$9" and substituting the following—
