1.             Citation

These rei.ulations are the W.A. Marine (Hire and Drive V ssels)

Ainenthneni Regulallions (No. 2) 2012.

2.              Ctini niencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on I July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Y.A. Marine (Hire and Drive

2530 C.OVER.NMENT GAZE'1 PE. NVA 15 June 2012

4.             Regulation 4 amended

In regulation 4(2)(e):

(a) in substituted clause 3.1.2(1)(b) delete "$495.40," and insert:

$515.20.

(b) in substituted clause 3.1 .2(2) delete "$37." and insert:

$50.00.

(c) in substituted clause 3.1.2(3)(h) delete "$243.20" and insert:

$252.90

(d) in substituted clause 3.1.3(m) delete "$93.40." and insert:

$97.10.
