Amendment Regulations 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

21 June 2008 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2897

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the W.A. Marine (Hire and Drive Vessels) Regulations 1983.
4.	Regulation 4 amended Regulation 4(2)(e) is amended as follows:

(a) 3.1.2(1)(b) by deleting "$389.80"

in substituted clause " $481.00 ";

(b)

in substituted clause 3.1.2(3)(b) by deleting "$191.40" " $236.10 ";

(c)

in substituted clause 3.1.3(m) by deleting "$73.50." and " $90.60. ".
