W.A. MARINE (HIRE AND DRIVE VESSELS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Hire and Drive Vessels)

Amendment Regulations 1990.

Commencement

2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Regulation 4 amended

3.Regulation 4 of the WA. Marine (Hire and Drive Vessels) Regulations 1983*

is amended in subregulation (2) (e)—

(a) in clause 3.1.2 (2) by deleting "$30" and substituting the following—

$35 "; and

(b) in clause 3.1.3 (m) by deleting "$30" and substituting the following—

" $35 ".
