Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2006

1.            Citation

These regulations are the WA. Marine (Certificates of
Competency and Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the WA. Marine
(Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning)
Regulations 1983*.

4.            Schedule 3 amended

Schedule 3 is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting "$57.10" in the 3 places where it occurs and " $59.10 ";

(b)

by deleting "$46.30" in both places where it occurs and " $47.90 '';

(c)	by deleting "$35.50" and inserting instead — " $36.70 ";
(d)	by deleting "$99.20" and inserting instead — " $102.70 ";
(e)	by deleting "$92.60" and inserting instead — " $95.90 ";
(f)	by deleting "$59.30" and inserting instead — " $61.40 ";
(g)	by deleting "$5.70" and inserting instead — " $5.90 ";
(h)	by deleting "$8.50- and inserting instead —

" $8.80 ".
