Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the W.A. Marine (Certificates
of Competency and Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2004.2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the W.A. Marine
(Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning)

3. Various references to “100 miles” changed to “100 nautical miles”
The regulations are amended by deleting “100 miles” in each place where it occurs that is mentioned in the Table to this regulation and inserting instead —
“ 100 nautical miles ”.
