W.A. Marine (Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations 2003
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the W.A. Marine
(Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning) Amendment
Regulations 2003.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2003.3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the W.A. Marine
(Certificates of Competency and Safety Manning)

4. Schedule 3 replaced
Schedule 3 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead —

Reg. Subject matter Fee 9(1) Addition or deletion of endorsement: $54.60 9(2) Approval of foreign certificate: $54.60 10(1) Revalidation of certificate: $44.30 14 Issue of replacement certificate: $34.00 17(1) Registration of application for Certificate of Competency (fee includes 2 oral examinations): $94.80
