Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1.These regulations may be cited as the W A. Marine (Certificates of Competency and

Regulations 1983* is amended—

(a) under the heading "Port Smooth Water Limits' by deleting

and substituting the following—

and

(b) under the heading "Port Partially Smooth Water Limits" by deleting
"Fremantle - All the waters within the Port of Fremantle limits, except the

Fremantle Area- From the coast west along latitude 31'46' south to
