W.A. MARINE (CERTIFICATES OF COMPETENCY AND SAFETY
MANNING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1. These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Certificates of Competency
and Safety Manning) Amendment Regulations 1990.
Commencement2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.
By His Excellency's Command, G. PEARCE, Clerk of the Council. Schedule 3 repealed and a Schedule substituted
3.Schedule 3 to the WA. Marine (Certificates of Competency and Safety
Manning) Regulations 1983* is repealed and the following Schedule is substi- tuted—

Registration fee, to be paid for certificate of competency, or part
thereof 40 Examination fee, for each examination 20 Eyesight test 11 Issue of certificate 14 Copy of certificate 15 ".
