REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the WA. Marine (Adjustment of Com-

Commencement

2.These regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1990.

Regulation 4 amended

3.Regulation 4 of the WA. Marine (Adjustment of Compasses) Regulations

1983* is amended in subregulation (4) by deleting the scale of fees and

substituting the following scale—

not exceeding 15 metres 76
exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 20 metres 123
exceeding 20 metres but not exceeding 25 metres 149
exceeding 25 metres but not exceeding 35 metres 203
exceeding 35 metres but not exceeding 60 metres 338
exceeding 60 metres but not exceeding 120 metres 406
exceeding 120 metres 550
