STATEMENT OF REASONS

APPLICATION FOR REVIEW

1. This is an application for review of a decision made by a delegate of the Minister for Home Affairs on 20 July 2022 to refuse to grant the visa applicant a Partner (Temporary) (Class UK) Subclass 820 visa under s 65 of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) (the Act).

2. On 24 January 2024 the applicant lodged with the Tribunal electronically a Withdrawal Application that contained the Tribunal file number, the applicant’s name, date of birth, email address and phone number. [1]

3. The Tribunal finds that the applicant has withdrawn the application for review. As such, pursuant to s.95 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 (cth) the Tribunal is taken to have dismissed the application.
