AN ACT to provide for the Government and Discipline of the Volunteer Force when serving without the limits of the Colony.
[Assented to, 18th September, 1885.]
HEREAS it is expedient that the Volunteer Force of the serving without the limits of the Colony with part of Her Majesty'sWColony of Western Australia which may at any time be
Regular Forces should be subject to the Government and Discipline for the time being in force with respect to Her Majesty's Regular Forces ; And whereas "The Volunteer Force Regulation Act of 1883 " does not make any provision for the government or discipline of the Volunteer Force which may be employed in service beyond the limits of the Colony, and it is expedient to make provision in that behalf: Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

the hunts of the Colony, the Act or Acts for the time being in operation with regard to the government and discipline of Her Majesty's Regular Forces shall apply to the officers, non-commis- sioned officers, and privates belonging to any branch of the said Volunteer Force of the Colony, including the Permanent Staff thereof, in as full and ample a manner as such Act or Acts shall apply to the officers, non-commissioned officers, and men of Her Majesty's Regular Forces with whom the said Volunteer Force shall be serving.
2. ALL the provisions of "The Volunteer Force Regulation
