Vocational Training Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Vocational Training Act 1989.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Vocational Training Regulations.

Schedule 1

3.  Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a)by inserting after item 18 the following items:

18A.  Construction Worker (Fitout and Finish)

18B.  French polishing;

(b)by inserting after item 21 the following item:

21A.  Roof Tiling; and

(c)by inserting after item 36 the following item:

36A.  Breadmaking

Substitution

4.  Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following schedule substituted:

administration (public/private)

automotive clerical

automotive detailing

automotive front end repair

automotive glazing

automotive paint services

clerical and office administration (or variation)

custodial officer

disability support work

electrical trades

exhaust services

gardening assistant

panel beating

pharmacy

public administration (ACT Government Service)

public administration (Australian Public Service)

radiator services

residential aged care

retail operations (sales)

rural worker

service station operations

small business

travel

vehicle dismantling

vehicle drafting

vehicle manufacturing

youth worker
