Vocational Education, Training and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation, other than section 17(1) and (2), commences on 1 January 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VocationalEducation,Trainingand Employment Regulation 2000. 4 ‘30A Replacement of s 30A (Time for payment of tuition fee or student services fee) Section 30A— omit, insert— Time for payment of student contribution fee or ACE tuition fee ‘A student must pay a student contribution fee or ACE tuition fee when enrolling at a TAFE institute or a statutory TAFE institute.’. 5 Amendment of s 30D (Government funded subjects for which there are no tuition or student services fees, and free tests) (1) Section 30D, heading, ‘tuition or student services fees’— omit, insert— ‘ student contribution fees ’.
