Vocational Education, Training and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 August 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VocationalEducation,Trainingand Employment Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) Schedule 1, items 11 and 12— omit, insert— ‘11 Tuition fee for each nominal hour of a subject . . . . . . . . . . 12 Student services fee for each nominal hour of a subject . . . 1.05 0.28’.
