s1 2 s4 Vocational Education, Training and Employment No. 102, 2005 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the VocationalEducation,Trainingand Employment Regulation 2000 . 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Fees) Schedule 1, part 1— omit, insert— ‘Part 1 Registration as training organisation, course accreditation and vocational placement $ Registration as a training organisation 1 Application for registration as a training organisation under section 23(1) of the Act, or renewal of registration as a training organisation under section 28(1) of the Act, if the scope of registration is for 1 or more qualifications or 1 or more parts of a qualification, or both 1 or more qualifications and 1 or more parts of a qualification— (a) from no more than 2 training packages . . . . . . . . . . . . 1200.00
