Vocational Education and Training (General)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

Delete regulation 19(9).

These regulations are the Vocational Education and Training
(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 August 2014.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Vocational Education and
Training (General) Regulations 2009.

4.            Regulation 19 amended

5.            Regulation 28 amended

Delete regulation 28(2)(b) and insert:

(b) the application fee being $8 070 for each course

that the application is made in respect of.

6.            Regulation 33A amended

Delete regulation 33A(3)(b) and insert:

(b) the application fee of $2 290.
