Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to postpone the repeal of the Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) (Transitional) Regulation 2011 from the end of 30 June 2012 to the end of 30 June 2013.
This Regulation is made under clause 2 of Schedule 3 to the Vocational Education and

Training (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) (Transitional) Amendment (Extension) Regulation 2012.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) (Transitional) Regulation 2011

Clause 7 Repeal of Regulation

Omit “30 June 2012” from clause 7. Insert instead “30 June 2013”.
