Vocational Education and Training Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Vocational Education and Training
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Vocational
Education and Training Regulations 1996*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

(1) Schedule 1 item 5 is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "0.71" and inserting " 0.74 ";

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "1.36" and inserting " 1.42 ";

(c)

in paragraph (i) by deleting "259.15" and inserting " 270.10 ";

(d) in paragraph (ii) by deleting "496.40" and inserting instead —

(2) Schedule 1 item 8 is amended by deleting "22.76" and inserting

instead —

" 23.74 ".
