Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Vocational Education and

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Vocational
Education and Training Regulations 1996*.

3.             Regulation 15A amended

Regulation 15A(4) is amended in paragraph (b)(ii) of the definition of "Australian resident" by inserting after "310," —

" 785, ".
