VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACCREDITATION ACT 1990—REGULATION

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Act 1990, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Citation

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Vocational Education and

Training Accreditation Regulation 1991.

Commencement

2. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1991.

Seal of the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board

3. The seal of the Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board is to be kept by the General Manager and may be affixed to a document only:

(a)	in the presence of the General Manager or an officer of the Board authorised in that behalf by the General Manager; and
(b)	with an attestation by the signature of the General officer of the fact of the affixing of the seal.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
